Greekish: Vegan Cooking Class

Greekish is a night filled with some of the essentials of greek cuisine, made vegan. Using local dairy-free producer, YAY Foods’ divine feta, we begin with a team spanakopita and walking through a few different ways to properly use phyllo pastry. Then salad, dip and a classic fried main are added in as we get ready to top up our glasses and have a feast. It’s not over yet though, as we finish by frying our own loukoumades and drowning it in fresh vegan honey!
